In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply throughout the document and to all interactions with the c8888 platform:

• "c8888," "we," "us," "our" — refers to the c8888 gaming platform operating at c8888.asia, its parent company, subsidiaries, and associated entities holding the international gaming license under which c8888 operates.
• "Platform" — the c8888 website accessible at c8888.asia, including all pages, games, betting markets, account management tools, payment interfaces, and support functions.
• "User," "you," "your," "Player" — any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the c8888 platform for any purpose, including browsing, account creation, depositing funds, placing bets, or playing games.
• "Account" — a registered c8888 user account associated with a unique identifier (mobile number or username), password, and PKR balance.
• "Balance" — the sum of real-money funds (in Pakistani Rupees, PKR) held within a User's c8888 account that are available for wagering, withdrawal, or other permitted use.
• "Bonus Balance" — promotional funds, free spins equivalents, or other non-withdrawable credits credited to an Account subject to bonus terms and wagering requirements.
• "Wagering Requirement" — the total turnover amount a User must generate before Bonus Balance converts to withdrawable Balance, expressed as a multiple of the bonus amount (e.g., 30x).
• "Game" — any casino game, slot title, instant game, live dealer game, or other wagering product available on the c8888 Platform.
• "Bet" / "Wager" — any financial stake placed by a User on a Game outcome or sports/cricket market within the c8888 Platform.
• "Responsible Gaming Tools" — the deposit limits, loss limits, session timers, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion mechanisms available to all registered c8888 Users.

By creating a c8888 account, you represent and warrant that:

1. You are at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during which you use the Platform.
2. You are registering and using the Platform as an individual on your own behalf, not as an agent or representative of any third party.
3. You are not a professionally recognised problem gambler and are not currently subject to a self-exclusion order from c8888 or any other gaming platform.

c8888 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory age verification within the timeframe specified by c8888 will result in suspension of the account and withholding of any Balance pending verification outcome.

Any account found to be registered by a person under 21 years of age will be closed immediately. Deposits made by underage users will be returned to the originating payment method where technically feasible, net of any amounts wagered prior to detection. c8888 will not pay out winnings generated during any period when the account holder was under the required minimum age.

Each individual may hold only one (1) registered account on the c8888 Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using the same or different identification details, mobile numbers, or payment methods — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and Conditions and will result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts.

When registering a c8888 account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. This includes but is not limited to:

• Your legal full name as it appears on your national identity document.
• A valid Pakistani mobile number registered in your name (+92 format) to serve as your primary account identifier.
• A secure, unique password that you have not used on other platforms.
• Date of birth confirming you are 21 years of age or older.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your c8888 login credentials. All activity conducted via your Account — including all bets placed and deposits made — is your legal responsibility. c8888 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where such access occurred due to your failure to maintain credential security.

c8888 reserves the right to verify account information at any time, including during the withdrawal process. Accounts with unverified or inconsistent information may be suspended pending satisfactory verification. Users will be notified via their registered mobile number of any verification requirement.

c8888 accepts deposits via the following approved payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, Habib Bank Limited (HBL), United Bank Limited (UBL), Meezan Bank, and USDT (Tether, via TRC-20 and ERC-20 networks). All deposits are processed and held in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless the deposit is made in USDT, in which case the equivalent PKR value is credited at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of transaction.

The minimum deposit on c8888 is PKR 200 via JazzCash or EasyPaisa. Minimum deposit thresholds for bank transfer and USDT methods may differ and will be displayed on the deposit screen within your Account. c8888 does not charge any fees for deposits. However, your mobile wallet provider or bank may apply their own transaction charges, which are outside c8888's control.

Deposits must be funded from payment accounts registered in your own name. c8888 does not accept third-party deposits. Deposits identified as originating from accounts in a different name from the registered c8888 account holder will be returned and may trigger an account review.

c8888 reserves the right to decline or reverse any deposit at its discretion, particularly where there is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or breach of these Terms. In such cases, c8888 will notify the User and may request additional information or documentation before processing or returning the funds.

Withdrawals from a c8888 account may be requested at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• The Account must be fully verified, including age verification and identity confirmation, before any withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used to make the most recent deposit, where technically possible. This is an anti-money-laundering measure and is non-negotiable.
• Any applicable Bonus Balance wagering requirements must be satisfied before the portion of Balance derived from bonus activity becomes withdrawable.
• c8888 may apply a minimum withdrawal threshold, which will be displayed within your Account's withdrawal screen.

c8888 targets processing times of under 10 minutes for withdrawals to JazzCash and EasyPaisa wallets. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to one (1) to three (3) business days depending on the receiving institution. USDT withdrawals are typically processed within one (1) hour, subject to network congestion.

c8888 reserves the right to carry out enhanced due diligence checks for large withdrawals, including requesting source-of-funds documentation. This is a regulatory requirement and is not within the platform's discretion to waive. Processing times for such withdrawals may be extended pending satisfactory documentation.

c8888 offers various promotions, welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and other incentives to registered Users from time to time. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms in addition to these general Terms and Conditions. In the event of a conflict between specific promotion terms and these Terms, the specific promotion terms prevail for that promotion.

General principles applying to all c8888 bonuses include:

• Bonuses are available only to verified accounts in good standing, unless otherwise specified.
• Each promotional offer is available once per User, per household, per device, and per IP address, unless the promotion terms explicitly state otherwise.
• Wagering requirements must be met using real-money Balance and Bonus Balance in the proportions specified by the promotion. Bets placed on certain game categories may contribute at a reduced rate to wagering requirements — specific contribution rates will be stated in the promotion terms.
• Bonus Balance and any winnings derived solely from Bonus Balance are not withdrawable until the applicable wagering requirement has been satisfied in full.
• c8888 reserves the right to void a bonus and any associated winnings if c8888 determines, at its reasonable discretion, that the bonus was claimed in breach of these Terms or the specific promotion terms, including through bonus abuse, coordinated wagering patterns, or the use of multiple accounts.
• Bonuses are not transferable between accounts and have no cash value unless and until wagering requirements are satisfied.

c8888 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time with or without prior notice, provided that such changes will not apply retroactively to bonuses already credited to a User's Account prior to the modification.

All bets placed on the c8888 Platform — whether on casino games, cricket markets, PSL, T20 internationals, ODIs, Test matches, UFC, or any other sporting event — are subject to these Terms and the specific rules of each Game or market type. Bets are final once confirmed by the c8888 system. A bet confirmation screen will be displayed to the User before the bet is settled as placed. c8888 will not accept requests to cancel confirmed bets except where:

• A manifest technical error occurred in the display of odds or game result and the error is verifiably attributable to a c8888 system fault.
• A sports event is abandoned, postponed, or cancelled under circumstances covered by the relevant sport's betting rules.
• c8888 determines, at its reasonable discretion, that the odds or Game result were affected by data feed error from a third-party provider.

In the case of certified Random Number Generator (RNG) games including slots and table games, the RNG outcome is final and binding. All RNG systems used on the c8888 Platform are independently certified for fairness and randomness. c8888 does not manipulate game outcomes and the certified RNG results cannot be influenced by any party, including c8888 staff.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the c8888 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension and may result in the forfeiture of Balance, Bonus Balance, and winnings:

• Opening more than one account, or assisting another person to open an account in order to claim multiple instances of a promotion or bonus.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other mechanism to gain an advantage over other players or the platform.
• Exploiting bugs, glitches, or technical errors in the c8888 Platform or any Game. Any winnings derived from a known bug or error are void. Users are obligated to report bugs promptly to c8888 support.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, including using c8888 to process funds derived from illegal activity or depositing and withdrawing funds without significant gaming activity in between.
• Attempting to manipulate the outcome of any sporting event on which bets are placed on c8888, including through direct action or through association with persons engaged in match-fixing.
• Providing false information during registration, identity verification, or at any other point during your relationship with c8888.
• Accessing the c8888 Platform via a VPN, proxy, or other geographic masking technology for the purpose of circumventing regional restrictions.
• Using offensive, threatening, or abusive language or conduct toward c8888 staff or other users.

c8888 reserves the right to investigate suspected breaches of this section and to take such action as it deems appropriate, including account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to law enforcement authorities where criminal activity is suspected.

c8888 reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time, with or without notice, where c8888 reasonably believes that:

• The account holder has breached any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• The account has been used for fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity.
• Continued operation of the account poses a risk to c8888, its other users, or its payment partners.
• A regulatory, legal, or licensing requirement mandates account closure or suspension.

Where an account is suspended or closed due to a suspected breach, c8888 will conduct a review and notify the User of the outcome via their registered mobile number. If the suspension is determined to be in error, the account will be reinstated and any Balance will be made available. If the breach is confirmed, c8888 reserves the right to forfeit any Balance, Bonus Balance, and winnings as appropriate to the nature of the breach.

Users may close their own c8888 account at any time by contacting live chat support. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining verified real-money Balance (excluding Bonus Balance that has not met wagering requirements) will be returned to the User's registered payment method within five (5) business days.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, c8888 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses arising from:

• Your use of or inability to access the c8888 Platform, including during periods of scheduled or unscheduled maintenance.
• Technical errors, system outages, data transmission failures, or delays affecting game results or bet settlement, provided that c8888 uses reasonable efforts to rectify such issues promptly.
• Decisions made by the User based on information presented on the Platform, including odds, statistics, game descriptions, or promotional material.
• Unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• Losses resulting from gambling activity, including any dissatisfaction with game outcomes resulting from certified RNG operation.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit c8888's liability for death or personal injury caused by its gross negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

The c8888 Platform is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. c8888 makes no representations or warranties regarding the Platform's fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted availability, or freedom from errors or viruses beyond what is stated in these Terms.

c8888 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and Conditions by reference. By registering a c8888 account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Key principles governing c8888's data handling include:

• Personal data is collected only for legitimate purposes related to account management, regulatory compliance, fraud prevention, and improving the Platform experience.
